By scheduling service with Custom Design Buildings, you agree that any quoted price may be revised after site review to account for grading, anchoring, access, code requirements, or material updates. All installs are performed by our local crew on a date scheduled with you in writing. Site readiness — level pad or compacted ground, clear access for delivery trucks, marked utilities — is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Structures are warrantied against installation and material defects per the manufacturer's standard warranty; ask for warranty details in writing. Financing terms (payment amount, no-credit-check qualification, early payoff terms) are subject to the financing provider's underwriting.
